Thanks, brother!! All credit to God, and I really do appreciate all the encouragement (and even putting your money where your mouth is) that you’ve provided through so many times when I doubted myself with this. 👊❤️🙏🫡
The quote I liked best is: “It’s a slow process. But quitting won’t speed it up.”
I will share it with my Fibromyalgia psychology group next week. There are 2 people who are going through worse than me emotionally and mentally. Yes Stan, it’s seems I have Fibromyalgia too, besides the spinal cord issues. Lol.
Hi Meenaz!! Thanks for the kind words!! And I hate to hear that about the Fibromyalgia. 😥 But I'm glad that quote helped a tad, and I hope it helps others a tad, too!! Have a great day!!
Thank you, Stan. Much appreciated. One of my fellow “patients” has a lot of angst, and deals everything with anger. I don’t like that and suffer serving her like this. I am mostly a positive and optimistic person, I think I have a great sense of humour, so even when I’m crying I just say something funny and end up laughing. Lol. That’s me, Minu. Doctors wonder how I manage to stay so calm and optimistic with all that’s going on at home, taking care of my elder parents with all that I AM going through personally with my physical and mental condition. I don’t know how I do it, but I think it’s the sense of humour too, helped by an optimistic outlook that keeps me going. Oh, I am depressed but don’t don’t show it. I despair like any human being, I’m not a robot. Lol.
Muchas gracias, Stan. Have a lovely, relaxing evening. And Bon appetite for your dinner! 😄🤗🧡
That's amazing you have a sense of humor!!! That helps soooo much!
I wish I had a similar sense of humor, but I'm a pretty serious person most of the time. 😫
I've read so many books on humor, being lighter, etc, but I've just come to see that God made me this way and I shouldn't second-guess our Creator. 👊❤🙏
Keep up the hard work. Glad to hear the download volume was high last week for you.
Tremendous effort working a full time job, family, writer, and putting this podcast together each week.

Thank you as always, Stan.
I appreciate everything you are doing.
